Happy Chinese New Year!  Can you believe how fast we are reaching the end of the first month of 2012.  It feels like last week I was going through my coupon binder to see what coupons I can redeem before they expire at the end of december.  The days are going by faster than I can enjoy them.  I've finally tallied up my coupon redemptions for 2011- drum roll please... $2507.00. yay!
